What You Need

container (24 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese

1/2

cup cholesterol-free egg product

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce

cups frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles

cups rotini pasta, uncooked

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX cottage cheese, egg product and 1 cup mozzarella. Combine sauce and crumbles; spread half onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

COVER with layers of pasta and half the cottage cheese mixture; top with remaining sauce and cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella; cover.

BAKE 1 hour or until heated through (160ºF), uncovering after 30 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Substitute

Prepare using chunky garden-style spaghetti sauce.

Substitute 2 beaten eggs for the egg product.

I made this along with a salad and breadsticks and was terrific. It was so much easier then regular lasagna and still tasted great.

This was a quick and easy recipe. My other lasangna took forever to make.

So easy and mouthwatering! I used the Low Carb pasta, and it made it even healthier! I also used fat free ricotta instead of cottage cheese... It was such a hit!
