I was looking for a replacement for the green bean/mushroom soup casserole for Easter dinner. This sounded good so I prepared it. It was wonderful! Even those who didn't particularly care for broccoli were tempted to try it and raved over it. It will become a new "standard" for our hoilday dinners!

It was easy and tasted great! I used fresh broccoli instead of frozen.

i also used kraft sharp cheddar cheese to make this instead of cheese whiz. It's great. I will continue to make this. My family thinks it's so good!

Rather than using the Cheese whiz stuff, I used the shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Boy was it a good combination. Kids loved it. Will definitely make it again.

I too substituted Velveeta for the cheez-wiz but don't think I used enough as this casserole wasn't as cheesy as I would have liked. I did like the stuffing on top-it added great flavor to the casserole.

Yummy good - I made it with cream of celery soup and used Stove Top Italian Style with roasted garlic mix. I added a can of crinkled cut carrots for color(presentation).
