I changed the recipe a bit: added 1 lb. cooked chicken breast chunks, used 98% fat free soup, and subbed 2% american for the Cheese Whiz. It was AWESOME! My family inhaled it and asked that it be put into regular rotation. Best of all, made with these changes it was a meal in a pan, only added about 15 calories, cut the fat in half, and still tasted delicious.
