These cookies were amazing. Easy to make, easy to roll out and taste great. I will definitely be making these again.

Great and easy receipe! I just with that it made more than 20 servings. We doubled and tripled to make the qty needed.

It doesnt have the flavor of gingerbread cookies more of a flavor of butterscoth flavor. The cookies were too soft like bread . The recipe should have flavor of dark molasses flavor . It was too blad . Even my son hated it.

I made these last year and everyone really liked-loved them! I think this year I'm going to top them with cinnamon/sugar before I bake them.

My kids love to make this recipe and it never goes wrong. It is the best recipe I have found for using cookie cutters.

They were a hit at Christmas time because they turned out so soft. Watch them closely so that you don't over cook them. I also used less ginger.
