I baked these excellent cookies to send to my husband and his unit who are Marines on deployment overseas for 7 months (over the holidays). They baked wonderfully and were moist and chewy. Everyone at work wants the recipe!they came out good even though I used an angel cookie cutter instead of the man. Thanks!

I made these for my students and with my young daughters. Both times they were great and easy to make. They were not to spicy so the kids really enjoyed them.

HI AND MERRY CHRISTMAS! I HAVE NO PATIENCE FOR ANYTHING WHEN IT COMES TO COOKING. MY FIVE YEAR OLD ASKED ME IF WE COULD MAKE GINGERBREAK COOKIES, I CRINGED!!!! THIS RECIPIE WAS SO EASY AND ENJOYABLE, I FELT LIEK A REAL MOM! I USUALLY DON'T DO FUN THINGS LIEK THIS, IT WAS A REAL CHANGE TO BE SITTING AT THE COUNTER WITH MY KIDS DOING THIS FUN ACTIVITY. THE COOKIES TASTED GREAT - OR THE ONES I DIDN'T MESS UP ON. THEY LOOKED REALLY CUTE** OF COURSE NOT AS CUTE AS ME (IS THERE A RSWM AGES 45 - 50?) N' SURE ENOUGH THE 'R' STANDS FOR RICH!!! LOL
