I don't like traditional Gingerbread cookies, but really enjoyed these as they were a little less intense than traditional recipes. The dough was easy to work (and rework) with good results through to the last batch.

I cook alot and I have to say, these were delicious and easy to make! My husband and two children loved them as well and they are picky!!! My husband doesn't like regular hard gingerbread cookies and he said these were a softer cookie and very tasty also made the house smell good! The only thing I did different is after I made the dough, I refrigerated the dough overnite so the dough can season more and since alot of gingerbread cookie recipes say refrigerate 4 hours or over night. I rolled the dough in just a little confectionary sugar instead of flour.

This recipe was okay but was bland and needed more flavor. The dough took forever and would fall apart and I had to put water in the dough so that it got firm a little sticky. I dont know but this recipe is missing something and needs more flavor. Wont be making this again.

I used Butterscotch, Chocolate, and Vanilla puddings. The chocolate ones were the best. This year we're trying Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge, and Cookies & Cream!

These are wonderful! I made them in heart shapes for Vaneltines since I didn't get around to making them at Christmas. Everyone loved them and they are so easy.

I made these for Christmas and everyone loved them. I have never made gingerbread men before, but I am pretty sure this is an easier version and it is amazing. I used those little tubes of icing that you would use for cupcakes, that way I could use red and green and make them look cute. Make sure you put AT LEAST 2 inches apart because they do expand.
