I am in Weight Watchers and this recipe, as written, is only 1 point for me. The only thing I don't know is the serving size. Most of these recipes are generally 1 to 2 TBSP servings, so that is what I will go by. It would be nice to have the serving size listed. I would also use low-fat or no-fat products.

t is high fat .I am part of Womens Health Inihititive My daily fat goal total is 24 grams.I would make a low or No fat version.Plus the fact I find Miracle Whip nasty sweet.Sorry, but you need to know this.

I took the suggestion and used mayonnaise and marinated artichoke hearts instead of miracle whip and plain artichoke hearts. Very tasty! Also, in the future, I would mix the cheese in with the rest of the ingredients and then bake. It makes it much easier to spread on bread and crackers.

The Miracle Whip just made it taste like salad dressing - very tart. I should have used Mayonnaise instead. Also I think the recipe should call for marinated artichokes vice regular artichokes.

You can also microwave this for 2-4 minutes when you are in a bind for time! I also served mine with small rye bread or french bread -- what ever I have available in the cubards.
