My husband really liked this, as did I and I make "from scratch" Mac and cheese quite frequently. I have a gripe though. Why do people rate a dish they have not tried? seriously, it "sounds good"? You can't really rate something you haven't tried!

I made this for my son and I tonight because I was looking for a quick and easy recipe. My son LOVED it. He had 3 or 4 helpings of it. I also really liked it, especially because of how easy it was to make. I used a can of ham, frozen broccoli and used 1/4 C. of sour cream.

I've made this several times now and I add in what my kids like. Sometimes it's sweetcorn or carrots and I've tried it with chopped turkey. My kids love this and so do I.

I have not made this,but sounds delicious & VERY easy! I know my husband & I would love this. I think I'd use a can of drained peas & Bake it. Am sure I could freeze portion sizes.

I left out the sour cream and added salsa. Very easy and quick to make - clean up super easy as well.
