Very easy to make and very tasty, but I'd leave out the sour cream next time. It doesn't need it.

Absolutely delicious! i substituted the milk with 2% carnation evaporated milk and canned peas. My family loved it!

This is good cooked with either ham or turkey!

I've made this for years. It's been a family staple since I was a kid. However, we frequently use tuna instead of ham. Also, for a variation, sprinkle with bread crumbs or crushed potato chips and finish in the oven.

I used ham that I had in my freezer, and it was too salty. The macaroni and cheese and peas were excellent, but not the ham.

Looks delicious, but surely you need to drain the noodles after cooking?

This was sooooo good! We loved it. We love PEAS! I'm not big on ham so I used tuna instead.

Very disappointing. Very bland with no flavor and kind of a weird combination in retrospect. I agree with others, would have been a better meal as separate ingredients.

I fixed this for dinner with leftover ham and was very disappointed. It had no flavor, even with breadcrumbs on top. I would have enjoyed dinner more if I had kept each ingredient seperate, and not tried to put it together, as I usually fix leftover ham.

My hubby likes mac and ham but not peas. so i made everything separate and made corn for him and peas for me. I put all my ingredients in a bowl AND LOVED IT! we had some leftover including corn so i put all in a bowl for my lunch the next day! WOW even better the second day!!!
