Very good and so easy. I made it for my friend and I and we both just loved it. I definitely will make it again. It's a real keeper.

So easy, so good!!! I made this for a Valentine fondue party and it turned out great! It was smooth and creamy. We did use wine instead of the mustard. I'd definitely make this again!

The cornstarch creates a glue-like consistency, which, ironcially didn't stick to the bread or dipping vegetables...but made cleanup a chore!!! I suggest this recipe using a very very slow burner (as not to burn the cheese), without the cornstarch.

The recipe is even better if you leave out the Grey Poupon and add about 1/4 cup of white wine!

Fantastic! I used an extra-extra sharp cheddar and it was wonderful with grapes, apples, and crackers! Very quick and easy!
