I tried this with the kids helping. It was a HUGE hit. They loved them so much, we are baking our second batch this week right now. Huge raves in my house!! THIS IS A Yummy and FAST dessert that the younger kids can help knock out and learn "cooking"

I've made these several times. They work well for Bake sales. I used less cream cheese and I've also added raspberry and strawberry preserves to the small portions of cream cheese instead of the cinamon on the inside.

My family loved the cream cheese clouds! My husband thought that there was a bit too much cream cheese in each cloud. Overall, a good recipe!

Way to much cream cheese! My biscuits were only 10 in a pkg. and should have only used half the cream cheese called for in recipe. Couldn't even eat them there was so much cream cheese in the middle.

They were delicious!!!! I did change the recipe to use brown sugar instead and only ended up using 4 Tabs. ofbutter (in case anyone was worried about the 8 Tabs. in the ingredient list). My buttermilk biscuits only contained 10 in the roll, so I bought an extra package and made a few plain. Big misatake, I should have made a few more cream cheese clouds! Nuts and raisins inside would also be a nice addition.
