I followed this recipe to the "T" and baked them, all except for 2 of them... These two I deep fried....SCUMPTIOUS. I actually prefered the deep fried ones to the baked ones, they were lighter and fluffier. After deep frying let them rest on a paper towel a few seconds to get rid of exess grease and then roll them in the cinaminn sugar.
I did find that there was just too much cream cheese in these, (didn't think I'd ever say that), so next time I will cut down on that a bit.
Will make again and again and again and again....
