I made this for the staff at my children's school one morning. Since they were warm, everyone loved them. When they cool down though, they are just as good! What a pleasant surprise to find the cream cheese in the middle! Very easy, fast and good.

They turned out perfect! Next time, I might even try putting a few chocolate chips inside on top of the cream cheese or use raspberry or strawberry cream cheese instead! Would definately make this again!

This recipe is even better when topped with fresh strawberries or peaches! My mother-in-law loved it--what a relief!

My family loved these little snacks and both my daughter and husband are extremely picky eaters. I doubled the recipe and they were still asking for more. I have since made this recipe several more times and it is guaranteed that there won't be any leftovers.

Maybe a little less cream cheese or spread out in the biscuit before sealing up. Very delicious but a big bite of cream cheese in the middle that didn't really melt. I will definitely make these again though!
