I made this for a work breakfast (doubled the recipe) and they were gone within minutes! I can't tell you how many people asked for the recipe. They all LOVED them!

I have made this recipe so many times for my family and get togethers also. It is a hit every time I make it.

these were great and easy to make. I also made a variation with parmasian, garlic powder and basil. They're even good cold!

Easy and yummie I used splenda mixed with the cinnamon in a shaker and shaked it over the low-fat cream cheese filling. Used the larger biscuits. Made these per request for a breakfast function at a high shool meeting and many students have asked me to make them again just because they were great

This is an excellent breakfast/brunch recipe. Instead of rolling the cream cheese cubes in melted butter and cinnamon/sugar, I flattened out the buscuits and spread a little bit of butter in the middle. Then I put a little cream cheese and sprinkled the cinnamon sugar mix on top. Then I did the rest of the recipe just like it said. Since I have lots of little hands always helping this proved to be a little less messy. I will most likely be making this for breakfast at least once a week from now on.

great "coffee chat" food! We also tried them with a "kiss" in the middle..with and without the cream cheese..yummy! Next time we might try pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese...lunch chat food!

Very tasty and quick. I used the amount of butter, sugar and cinnamon the recipe called for, but put it all onto 10 biscuits. I spread the softened butter on and put the sugar mixture ontop of the butter, then put a cream cheese square then spooned more sugar mixture ontop. mmmm

They were good. Next time I'm going to blend the cream cheese, cinnamon and sugar. Then spoon it onto the center of each bisquit. I believe this will give the cream more flavor.
