I can't find the extra crispy shake 'n bake anywhere. I just couldn't get the coating to stick. I didn't care for it.

We just did not care for the taste of it. I am deleting it out of my recipe file.

My husband liked this dish better than I did. I don't care for Orange Roughy. Maybe I'll try the dish again with a milder-tasting fish. It was easy to make and the crispy coating was good.

I have never liked any fish. This recipe was very good. Next time I would make sure the dressing was very thin. (no clumps)

This recipe has quite a tang to it. I'm not a fan of fish but needed something different for Lent. Guess what? LOVED IT!!!!!!!
