I don't care for fish, but this was very good and I will make often.

TRY IT....I used Mahi Mahi and it turned out splended....The best fish I've ever had IN MY LIFE...Utterly Amazed...Words won't give it justice. I garnished with dried parsley and lemon rounds.

I've made this recipe a number of times. It is soo easy and really quick since the orange roughy is thin. I cook my fish on racks so that it is cripier on the bottom instead of placing them directly in the pan.

shake n bake too high on sodium made it a little salty. Beside that it was o.k

I have made this twice and find it very simple and fast. I wash the fish down with some lemon and cooked it about 10 minutes longers to make it non-slimy. I loved it and I don't care much for fish(cooking it or eating it).
