It is a great appetizer and right size. I thought it needed a little bit more flavor or may be I just put too much tomato on it. Will difinitely make it again.

I enjoyed it, my husband really liked it. We didn't make any changes to the recipe. Will be making this again when we have a party or get-together.

I took this to a meeting and everyone loved it! I used a baguette instead of bread which left me with a lot of extra toppings. I'll need another 1/2 loaf to use up what's left of the tomatoes and cheese.

Quick and easy. The men in my family really liked this, tho the kids didn't care too much for it. Will definitely make again.

This stuff is fabulous! I made it for an appetizer on Thanksgiving and it got rave reviews. I almost felt guilty about all the compliments I got because it was so easy it was almost no work at all. I have already made it two more times since then, just as a weekend snack. My husband and I munch on it all day. You can also just do half the recipe if you need less. Put the tomatoes and the cheese mixture into containers and put them in the fridge and you can make the rest the following day.
