very good, but I added a little more flour and extra seasoning. It was great and quick. Once again, thank you Kraft for making me look like a great cook.

I used a non-stick skillet and the breading stayed on the pork chops, but still burned (on the first side). I still give a 4 star rating to this recipe 'cause I think I just pre-heated the skillet too much. Would've turned out good except for that!

This was very good. I love pork chops and this gives me another wonderful pork chop recipe. I thought it had a little too much pepper than I would of liked but I would make it with a little less pepper. I loved the advice to put the bell peppers and onions cause that was delicious. I will definitely make it again.

You MUST use a non-stick pan, otherwise all the breading burns to the skillet and does not stick to the chops

A very good way to make pork chops! I had never made them before, just eaten my dad's delicious ones, but these were delicious too! I threw in some bell peppers and onions during the last 10 minutes of cooking and they tasted very nice. Do use the lime juice, it's the finishing touch.

Even my pickiest eater ate this one! There was not a single chop left over! The chops stayed moist and very flavorful--I served mine with crumbled feta cheese sprinkled over them for extra zing.
