My family and I liked this recipe. I didn't have tortillas so I used tortilla chips. It turned out great and was very filling. Next time I think I'll add lettuce, tomato, and sour cream to the top before serving.

This was simple and really good. I added a can of Ro-tel because it needed some zip. It was a hit all around. I'll definitely make it again.

This was delicious! My husband loved it and even my very picky 4 and 6 year old daughters liked it!

I used more velveeta and salsa than called for. I also topped it with fresh shredded lettuce and diced tomato and sour cream right before serving. Delicious!

My family and I love this recipe! I add a bit more velveeta cheese than called for. Also you can use any type of salsa and tortillas, and the results are still terrific.

My family loved this recipe - especially my husband and 8 year old son. When I added the water and velveeta I also added some minute rice - good. It needs sour cream or quacamole on the finished product though.

Soooo easy to make and is yummy too. My daughter doesn't eat Mexican style foods as a rule, however, she loved this one...

Very good! It was also a great leftover. My husband gave me the thumbs up when I asked if he wanted me to make it again.
