Super easy to make. Even my picky-eater kids liked it.
This recipe was a major hit. I cut it up in chunks and brought it to my work and it was devoured. The next time I make it I would buy the chocolate chunks instead of chopping them up, it will be alot easier.
not enough of a pumpkin taste
This was very easy and very good. I took it and the recipe to work and had to make a lot of copies of the recipe. My family doesn't like a lot of strong spices so I cut them in half. I used canned pumpkin and it says it only has 1 3/4cups of pumpkin in the can so I used a shy cup of pumpkin so I can get two loaves from one can of pumpkin. I also will use the chocolate chunk chips next time. Chopping the choc. was a pain. I also made a tiny loaf with big chunks of pecans mixed in with the choc. chunks and it was really good also. Another winning recipe.
One word. YUM! I cannot keep this dense, moist, flavorful bread in the house! This is all the best of fall wrapped up in a dessert, disguised as a bread.
Very easy to make & VERY tasty!! I even made this to give to teachers & neighbors!! I also tried it with white chocolate chips.....YUMMMMMY!!!!
This bread is excellent. I substituted mashed sweet potatoes for the pumpkin (I had extra canned sweet potatoes on hand) and it still turned out great!
Moist bread, I do love pumpkin and chocolate together! This one is a winner. I will make it again and again! I love these for my teas! Thank you Kraft Foods for giving us such great recipes!
i really enjoyed this fall pumpkin bread! i didn't have chocolate chunks on hand, so i used chocolate chips. it tasted wonerful, but the choclate chips sank to the bottom. i put crushed pecans on the top to add flavor. i loved the way the fresh pumpkin tasted. i will definately make this again!
That looks so good .... Probley one day i will make it for my family .... They will probley like it . because it looks great !
