I made this and tried it out with my family since they love pumpkin pie. It went over good except that they said the pumpkin flavor wasn't that strong---we'll just add in more next time!! Otherwise no problems making it!!

I made it omitting the chocolate and adding one cup of pecans. I served it with homemade applesauce with my Thanksgiving meal. It was great!! I am baking some for gifts it was so good!!

It is WONDERFUL! I didn't have baking chocolate, so I chopped up a chocolate easter bunny- it was delicious. I also sprinkled pecans over the top of the loaf before baking. Great flavor!

Very easy to make and tasted great. Used canned pumpkin instead of fresh. Also, used half a bag of chocolate chips instead of chocolate chunks. May try cinnamon chips instead of chocolate chips next time.

Easy recipe, delicious! though canned pumpkin can be substituted, I liked the recipe directions for preparing fresh pumpkin. Will definately bake this again!

I made this into muffins and I didn't have fresh pumpkin or chocolate chunks so I used canned pumpkin and milk chocolate chips. They were great and everone loved them.
