Added 3 c. zucchini since we don't like artichokes and instead of shake & bake (trying to save a few carbs) just salt & peppered the chicken. Turned out just great!

I make this recipe at least once a month because it is sooooo easy! I add an extra can of diced tomatoes (extra juice helps food not stick to the pan). I also use individually frozen chicken breasts instead of the whole chicken pieces...they're easy to thaw out when i need. Enjoy!

I made this recipe using skinless boneless chicken breasts and my family loved it. So easy to make. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts added sun-dried tomatoes and used some garlic salt. This was very good.
