Merry Meringues recipe
These are so easy, delicious and versatile! You can change the Jello to go with any flavor or color theme. The perfect light dessert - especially in the summer.

I am going to make this recipe for our family gathering this next week. It looks so easy and soooo good, too! I hope they turn out to be as pretty as those pictured above.

Awesome!! The only problem is the first batch I didn't let dry out well enough and it was really sticky.

This was a very simple but very tasty recipe. It was a great recipe and whom ever invented it I give Kudo's.

I made these meringue cookies, and I did not like them at all. I threw the whole batch out.

Second time I tried Merry Merginues, I substiuted Spenda for the sugar and used Sugar Free Jello. Great for diabetic and low carb diets and was totalydelicious.

They turned out delicious. A great substitute for the parchment paper is Reynolds non-stick foil.

Instead of the jello on top, sprinkle ground candy cane. The kids love them.
