Mock Mimosa

everyone said that it tasted too much like orange pop

I know that the recipe called for a "tub" of the Crystal light, but I was still confused as to how much I was to add. I ended up adding 3 of the small containers and it turned out pretty well. I tried the mimosa recipe,but I also have made it with Peach Melba Burst,and a touch of merlot wine,and everybody that tried it loved it! I did not know that there was a tropical passion new flavor,it's great!!! Keep sending great recipes,I enjoy them very much. Anita

This is a great drink for everyone. The Grandkids like to think they're getting something special like the adults. This will be a regular at our family holiday get togethers. Along with the orange slice I let the kids take maraschino cherry's in red and green, lemon slices, strawberry's, and lime slices, and put them on long tooth picks to add to each glass. They really enjoyed it, and it kept them out of grandma's kitchen for a while.....:)

I made this to go with our Christmas morning breakfast. I subsituted diet sprite for the club soda and it was great. Everyone loved it, from the kids to the grandparents. I will definately make it again!

It doesn't make much. I had a brunch w/30 - 35 people and went through 4 batches. I used 7-up instead of club soda. Everyone raved about it.

It was the bomb!
