Zesty Hot Holiday Broccoli Dip

Zesty Hot Holiday Broccoli Dip recipe
This creamy dip features pimentos, broccoli and two kinds of cheese—and is still a smart choice. So warm and tasty, even the crackers can't wait to dip in.

I like the taste of Miracle Whip, but it was just too overpowering in this recipe. Not one of our favorite dips.

The last time I made this, I added mayo instead with a touch of sour cream and cream cheese along with the shredded cheese. I also added tabasco sauce and some diced jalapeno peppers for some zip and spinich. I change it up every time I make it and it always tastes great. It certainly is not a lowfat dish, but when you make it for parties, that's not at the top everyone's list, they look for taste and this hits the spot!

This is the only veggie dip my grandkids ever ate up from the adults. Everyone asked for the recipe.

I left out the pimientos and it was fabulous. Positive reviews at the super bowl party!

This dip is AWESOME! Sometimes hubby craves it during the week and sometimes I make it on the weekends when friends come over. Even my 2 year old loves it!

A big hit at the holidays. It worked well as a make ahead, refrigerate and then heat. It was very good, but very rich. Served it with pretzels and wheat thins.
