Zesty Hot Holiday Broccoli Dip

I made this for a football get together. My family doesn't like pimentos so I added 2oz of carrots I diced in a food processor. I added some garlic and onion for seasoning and it was awesome! Will definately make again

I made this for my Red Hat group and they loved it. It was such a hit that the ladies were all asking me for the recipe. My family also loves it and we have had it as a side dish. Oh so good!

I read all the reviews and had a few concerns about whether this would be servable or not. I went ahead and made it for a Thanksgiving appetizer but made a few changes. I added extra broccoli (chopped pretty small, but not too small), extra cheese, mainly mozzarella b/c I ran out of parm., and I added a packet of DRY RANCH DRESSING MIX! It was awesome!!! Served with Ranch Wheat Thins. (I don't know what it tastes like when you follow exactly)

This is just like the artichoke recipe, but very festive for the holidays! The girls @ work loved it!

This is the easy cheesy party pleaser. I have written this recipe down at least once everytime I make it for a party. It is always the first thing to go and I usually make a back up dish for large parties.

I little on the sweet side but good.
