Zesty Hot Holiday Broccoli Dip recipe
This creamy dip features pimentos, broccoli and two kinds of cheese—and is still a smart choice. So warm and tasty, even the crackers can't wait to dip in.

This recipe is great! I brought it to a party and there was nothing left. I substituted mayonnaise for Miracle Whip and would probably make a double batch next time. Very easy and delicious.

So, I put the fat right back in this dish by using shredded Kraft Double-Cheddar instead of the lite mozarella and parmesean -but wow was it snapped right up. My hungry teacher co-workers finished it off in 5 minutes. It was so popular I brought it back the next week!

I made this recipe for a dinner at a friend's house. Everyone there loved it and wanted the recipe. Even my kids loved it. There was none left at the end of the night. I did bake mine a little longer than suggested, though.

I just didn't care for the flavor. I took it to my cookie exchange and it wasn't very well like there either.

This recipe is easy to lighten up - I used fat free mayo and light parmesan cheese. It was delicious. Even my finicky guests enjoyed it. If you don't like mayo or miracle whip, try subbing cream cheese.

This sounds great to me but my husband will not eat anything with miracle whip or mayo in it. Any suggestions for substitutions?

I didn't love this recipe. I'm not a huge fan of miracle whip unless it's mixed with other ingredients. This had a strong miracle whip taste, which just didn't appeal to me. It was easy to put together, though. Can't win 'em all!

I made this dish with fresh broccoli and left the pieces large. I used 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella. I served this is a vegetable dish with a main meal. The family loved it, will make it again!
