Zesty Hot Holiday Broccoli Dip

Zesty Hot Holiday Broccoli Dip recipe
This creamy dip features pimentos, broccoli and two kinds of cheese—and is still a smart choice. So warm and tasty, even the crackers can't wait to dip in.

I really liked this dish, but most people at the party did not like it as well as some of the other ones.

We enjoyed this dip but I would add a little more broccoli. It's great with celery sticks.

I made this for a Sunday School Christmas party. I used more shredded mozzarella cheese than called for in the recipe. There was only a little left in the dish. I had many compliments, and several asked for the recipe. I definitely would make this again.

This recipe calls for Miracle Whip. I used half Miracle Whip and half real Mayonaise. It was still really sweet and tasted like mayonaise on broccoli and cauliflower. It was bairly touched at my Christmas party. I would never make this again.

This is a great appetizer. It's simple, common everyday ingredients and excellent tasting. I loved it the second time and my husband loved the taste.
