LOve these but did add a few things to it. Being from Cajun Country we did a little more spice. I added red pepper flakes, garlic powder, Creole Seasoning and a little black pepper. DELISH!! Made two batches and had NONE left. Everyone got a copy of the recipe and I know that 7 have already made their's because I got calls as to portions for seasoning. To each his own when it omes to seasoning. Thanks for a great starter recipe. We will be adding this to our party favorites!

These little balls are awesome. I could eat them all day. Fairly easy to make, semi-healthy with the spinach. Definitely a crowd pleaser for the big game!

This was delicious. Def would make again for Christmas and during the year. Made it for Thanksgiving and used mini muffin pan came out better the others looked like mini pancakes. very easy to make and freeze.

I made these for a cocktail party for some close friends and they were a hit with everyone! In fact, we only had 12 people over, and there were only about 20 out of 70+ spinach balls left! Some of us ate them the next day for brunch!
