These were very easy to make. Couldn't find monterrey stuffing mix so I used Savory herb instead, and I don't like mushrooms so I didn't put them in. Came out great and taste wonderful.

These went over great with everyone when I made them for a family gathering on New Year's Day. There were leftovers of everyting except these (glad I left some at home!) I even talked the non spinach eaters into tasting them and they then went back for more! I had no trouble with them holding their shape as some other reviewers had - I tried both the mini muffin tins and cookie sheet. Either way worked great.

I made these for Christmas Eve dinner and they were enjoyed by everyone! Even my children ate them. The ball-shape makes them very "kid-friendly!"

I highly recommend this recipe!! Very flaverful even for your most picky eaters. I altered the recipe a bit and added extra cheese and less egg was still tasty!!

I thought these were good, but if i made them again I would add bacon pieces. I think they just need another flavor to make them outstanding.

I made these for a family holiday party. They were really easy to make and everyone loved them. I only had one package of spinach and used sage and onion stuffing mix. The only thing that I would change is to add some italian sausage bits to the mix. This recipe is a great way to add some nutrition around the holidays.

I made this for Christmas Day. Everyone raved over them...I even introduced a few people to this website because they had asked me for the recipe.
