This recipe was easy to make and very yummy. I cooked it a little longer than the 15 minutes though. (maybe 25 minutes).

Fantastic! I could not find the monterry style stove top so I used the chicken flavor. This recipe will be a regular with me.

Great appetizer! I used only one package of spinach and two eggs and they rolled together very well and tasted wonderful. I sauted my mushrooms in a tsp of butter and that worked out great. I made them ahead and froze them like the tip suggested and they tasted just as good reheated.

I have made this recipe twice. The second time I kicked it up with red pepper. Also, I cooked my onions and mushrooms before adding to mixture. Would add crisp bacon next time.

These are wonderful for holiday parties!! They are full of flavor and are healthy too. The great thing about these is you can make them ahead of time to save time. Make sure you drain the spinach thoroughly or they wont stick together!! This will be a regular at my parties from now on!!

I couldn't keep enough of these on hand at my holiday party. They were a big hit! I served them with a ranch dipping sauce. Everyone at my party asked for the recipe!

Loved this recipe! I made it for Thanksgiving and, yes, even the kids ate them! I substituted Chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing, and used a mini-muffin tin, and they turned out great. I am going to try adding bacon bits for Christmas Eve dinner.
