Loved this recipe! I made it for Thanksgiving and, yes, even the kids ate them! I substituted Chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing, and used a mini-muffin tin, and they turned out great. I am going to try adding bacon bits for Christmas Eve dinner.
This recipe is great for almost any occasion, it is so easy to make too! My mother and I make these for the holidays, and everyone loves them.
Great appitizer, easy to make, very tasty. I made these for Thanksgiving and everyone gobbled them up. Yum Yum
Added italian cooked sausage crumbled to this also changed to italian stuffing. For cheese used a 5 cheese mix. They turned out Great!!. Made these for family thanksgiving. Will be making these for school for christmas.
these were very good and easy to make. I will be making this recipe very often
This is a tasty way to get your kids to eat that spinach. I certainly did and they love this one. They can't get enough.
This was such a great dish it was a winner at our dinner. Although you do need a muffin pan because they don't stay rolled up. I will for sure make this again
This recipe looked real good to me so I gave it a try. All I can say is wow it was better than good. This is a keeper, and I am including it for Christmas Eve. Of course, I will have to make another recipe being that this one is almost all eaten. Thanks for all the great recipes. Yvonne
I make these every year for Halloween. My kids love taking "witchy-warts" in as their party treat. If the teachers are okay with it, I sometimes send marinara in a mini crockpot so they can serve "blood brew" as a dip with them. On a day overflowing with sugar and junk, these are a nice way to sneak in some yummy nutrition. If you can find a better way to sneak spinach into a class party, let me know!!!
I made this recipe for a party and everyone loved them. I have printed this recipe out several times to pass on. The only problem i had was finding the right stuffing, i ended up getting the stove top tomato and onion mix.
