What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1-2/3

cups hot water

1/4

cup butter or margarine

pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained and patted dry

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

cup chopped fresh mushrooms

small onion, finely chopped

eggs

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

MIX stuffing mix, hot water and butter in large bowl until blended.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Shape into 60 (1-inch) balls. Place in single layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until lightly browned.

Make Ahead

Prepare and bake spinach balls as directed; cool completely. Place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags; freeze up to 3 months. When ready to serve, thaw in refrigerator. Place on baking sheets and bake in 400°F oven 10 to 15 min. or until heated through.

This was a hit with our card club. Everyone kept coming back for more. I made the day before and just heated them up in the oven to serve. They were moist and had a great flavor. The spinach wasn't strong tasting like in other recipes I tried. Would definitely serve again and again.

All the girls @ work wanted the recipe after bringing them in! Just warmed them in microwave and - Poof! - they were gone!

I used the Sourdough stove top and it was AMAZING... These are the tastiest recipe!!!

This was a HIT at my party! I ran out and had requests for more! Super simple & fast! I used a little less spinach to appeal to the kids & still tasted GREAT! Easy clean up to ~ 2 thumbs up!

Made this for a party. Everyone loved them. I couldn't find Monterrey Stuffing, substituted the WholeWheat Stuffing instead. YUM!
