What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1-2/3

cups hot water

1/4

cup butter or margarine

pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained and patted dry

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

cup chopped fresh mushrooms

small onion, finely chopped

eggs

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

MIX stuffing mix, hot water and butter in large bowl until blended.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Shape into 60 (1-inch) balls. Place in single layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until lightly browned.

Make Ahead

Prepare and bake spinach balls as directed; cool completely. Place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags; freeze up to 3 months. When ready to serve, thaw in refrigerator. Place on baking sheets and bake in 400°F oven 10 to 15 min. or until heated through.

These were a hit! Made them for the first time and were gone in a flash! I didn't think the kids would like them as much as the adults but I was wrong, they loved them too! Will definately make again!

I have been asked to bring these spinach balls to an Easter buffet. This will be the third time I have made them for the same crowd, where a little girl, not quite 2 years old, kept going back to the table for another "cookie!"

Very easy to make! I added a side of warmed Marinara sauce for my mother-in-law who doesn't eat meat!! Frozen adn rewarmed nicely too!

The next time I make this recipe I will have to try putting in salt, pepper, and maybe some garlic... or serving w/ some dipping sauce. I found them to be good but somewhat boring

I have made these several times for parties. I always get rave reviews from everyone...even the kids. The best part is that my husband thinks I'm a terrific cook!!
