I made these for a family holiday party. They were really easy to make and everyone loved them. I only had one package of spinach and used sage and onion stuffing mix. The only thing that I would change is to add some italian sausage bits to the mix. This recipe is a great way to add some nutrition around the holidays.

I made this for Christmas Day. Everyone raved over them...I even introduced a few people to this website because they had asked me for the recipe.

I made these Christmas Eve. Everyone seemed to enjoy them( or so they said), but I wasn't impressed. I made them according to the recipe except using chicken stuffing instead...too much spinach and certainly not very pleasing to the eye. In my opinion they were mediocre and wouldn't bother making them again...back to the drawing board (*_*).

We don't like mushrooms, so what could I substitute for them? Could I use English Walnuts instead?

I made this as an appetizer for Christmas dinner and all the guests raved on it and this included people in their early 30's to my grandparents in their 80's-everyone liked it and I would definitely reccommend making this.

I made this with chicken stuffing and jar mushrooms as that was what I had on hand. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. YUM! I loved them. My husband did not like them so much, but everyone else adored them! Wonderful with ham. Definitely a keeper! Thanks!

First time I made this recipe like the directions...it was okay. Second time I added mozarella cheese, more seasonings and chopped jalapenos. It was great...everyone loved them!!

My guests were split on these, but my son, who eats nothing!, liked them. My husband and I loved them. The folks who didn't, don't like spinach. I used a lb. of fresh spinach and it worked fine. I also chopped canned mushrooms instead of using fresh. Very easy to make, and really great when reheated!

My guests didn't like this -- they either thought they tasted bland or fishy. Weird.

A nice change of pace from the same old stuffing, But my kids, who normally like their veggies, hated these.
