Believe it or not my 5 year old neice loves these and ask for them all the time. A good way to sneak in spinach

Simple & delicious! After I bake a whole batch as described in the recipe, I freeze them in ziploc bags. At snack time, I re-heat them in a microwave for a min or so and they are ready!

The only good thing about these was the stuffing.

I made this for my fiance and he loved it. I used only 1 1/2 containers of spinach instead of 2. I think that would have been a little too much spinach for our liking. I wrapped the left overs in foil and froze them. They went from the freezer to oven very well. I will definately make these again.

Great recipes for Supperball. I read comments before and resolve the water on spinach issue i USED LESS WATER in recipe. I would like other variations for this recipe.

The first time I made these, I didn't pat dry the spinach, and I had them touching in the pan, leaving them a bit soggy and unevenly baked. The second time, I made sure the spinach was dry, and I spaced them apart in the pan. They were quite delicious, evenly baked or not! I will make these again and again!
