This was delicious. Def would make again for Christmas and during the year. Made it for Thanksgiving and used mini muffin pan came out better the others looked like mini pancakes. very easy to make and freeze.

I made these for a cocktail party for some close friends and they were a hit with everyone! In fact, we only had 12 people over, and there were only about 20 out of 70+ spinach balls left! Some of us ate them the next day for brunch!

Love this recipe. it is very easy and tastes like you spent more time on it than what you do. Great finger food for parties!

These are super easy to make. I suggest making them ahead of time and you can then pop them in the oven. I added THICK CUT BACON and I tell you what - perfect!

These were great and a hit at my party! I made them the night before and it helped to save a lot of time. I shaped the mix into balls and refrigerated them with wax paper in between to keep them from loosing their shape. Then, I baked them right before the party.

I made this for a party and it was a huge success. One guest was a vegetarian so she loved it. After the tray was finishd I remembered that I forgot to add the eggs! It was still good! I'm making it again this weekend for another get together.

This is an excellent recipe. I've made it for several parties and everyone always wants the recipe. The only problem is that I can't find the Monterey blend stuffing mix and I live in a large metropolitan area. Any suggestions?

Have made this one 2 or 3 times. Very good! I was concerned about reheating, but they reheated so well in the micro, that I doubled the recipe the following 2 times.

Way too much spinach, even for those who like spinach. Stuffing mix by itself is very yummy.... but very hard to find at the local grocery store.

Made this recipe for the many holiday get-togethers that I hosted. They were always a favorite. I received many compliments and requests for the recipe. Very easy and makes a nice quantity for a crowd.
