I discovered these spinach balls when my niece decided that she was tired on Thanksgiving Eve and asked if I would make these for her. I made them up and covered them well with Saran Wrap. The next day when we were ready, we just popped them in the over. Everyone talked about how great they were. I don't even eat spinach, but had to try them. Guess what, I made them again for the gang on Christmas Eve. Once again, success. Just remember to get that spinach out and get it thawed!!

very easy, very good, could not find Montery mix so I used sage variety-tasted delicous, making them for my annual Christmas open house

Everyone loved, especially with lots of competition on thanksgiving. Great for all age ranges - my 3 and 6 year olds loved and have been asking for it again!
