What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1-2/3

cups hot water

1/4

cup butter or margarine

pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained and patted dry

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

cup chopped fresh mushrooms

small onion, finely chopped

eggs

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

MIX stuffing mix, hot water and butter in large bowl until blended.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Shape into 60 (1-inch) balls. Place in single layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until lightly browned.

Make Ahead

Prepare and bake spinach balls as directed; cool completely. Place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags; freeze up to 3 months. When ready to serve, thaw in refrigerator. Place on baking sheets and bake in 400°F oven 10 to 15 min. or until heated through.

These are very good, but just a little bland. Next time, I'm going to try to jazz them up a little.

This is the second time I have made them I loved these. They were easy. THe second time I made them alittle bigger and served them with the meat dish. YUM

Served these with christmas dinner-draining and patting spinach dry not so easy, and they didn't taste great-not worth the time and effort.

I've made these a few times. I substitute the kinds of stuffing and add hamburger meet and my husband loves them!!! I've made them w/hamburger and stuffing and 1 cup of cranberrys from can and they are sooo good. They freeze up to 3 months. So its a healthy snack or quick dinner if your busy!

I made these & they turned out wonderful. Even my teen agers liked them. Spinach is great x-tra. Loved them!

Very good, I love spinach and mushrooms. The person who made them added shredded chicken and they were wonderful!!

My family who eats anything, did not eat these. Not so yummy!
