This was a very good recipe. The first time I made it was on New Years. My family loved it including the kids. Since then, I have made it again and again sometimes using left over taco meat in place of the chicken. It is just as good. This is the recipe for you if you are looking for something quick and something tasty.

My family LOVES this dip! I make it in a crock pot instead of the microwave and don't drain the Ro-Tel tomatoes with chiles. We've had it several times, and my crowd always asks for more.
