haven't tried yet-but will soon! i just luv fruits...and this is probably the fruitiest you can get.(planning to serve warm with drizzled chocolate and vanilla ice cream- yum:D

My entire family loved this recipe. We mixed the poaching fluid with some ginger-ale and drank it...delicious!

I've made this for friends and family several times and everyone was impressed. They are amazed that the center is still white while the outside is red. It's a bit difficult to eat, but the presentation more than makes up for it. I served these with Godiva white chocolate mousse ice cream for a truly deccadent dessert.

Very Delicious. It was very sweet and juicy...pefect, although some got a little brown in the middle, it was great warm or cold.

Made with my 8 year old son for Thanksgiving dessert. Served with a silk flower embedded in the whip cream. The presentation was esquisite. Everyone wanted the recipe.

Great recipe for holidays or baby showers- just adjust colors accordingy. I make this recipe using sugar-free indredients for family members who are diabetic. It's always a hit!!
