These were super simple to make. I used chopped pistachios & dried cranberries as a topping and they turned out great!

Loved this recipe! I made the balls smaller than stated in the recipe-so it wouldn't seem like so much rich cheese to eat. (We had lots of other appetizers as well) Toasted sesame as the topping was my favorite! This recipe could easily be cut in half, if you have a smaller gathering.

My husband loves this recipe ... But I will not take these anywhere again. I've made them for 2 parties. Both Parties People couldn't figure them out. They didn't realize they were cheese balls and tried to eat them as is.

Love these.....used them at my wedding reception. They are very easily organized on platters and presentation is great. The different colors of coating can be done to match party themes. The flavors are great together.

These are amazing. The variety makes it look like you are a professional chef that slaved away in the kitchen all day. I made them the night before and kept them in the fridge. The green onion ones were the favs.

These balls were a HUGE hit at our family Christmas get-together. The guys took an entire cheese ball and made a sandwich with crackers!

I cut the recipe in half, used the roasted red pepper and made one large cheese ball instead of truffles. I thought there was too much garlic powder but that's just personal taste. Easy to do and I will make it again for parties.
