I followed another posters advice about making two big cheese balls instead of little ones. These were a huge hit, especially the red pepper one! I made these four times over the past holiday season, every time to rave reviews!

This was a crowd pleaser. I made this recipe for Thanksgiving dinner as appetizers. made different flavors and it was a hit. Will make it again.

I just made this and they tasted great! However, the individual balls seemed too much for some guests. Next time I think I'll just make two large cheese balls rolled in pecans (one roasted red peppers and one green onion). That method will also cut down in the prep time for the appetizer.

They tasted really good but I think too cheesy for some of my guests. Maybe I made them to big.

These are good and easy to make. The best part about them is that they are individual servings.

I made this recipe yesterday and instead of using chopped roasted red peppers, I used roasted chopped anehiem (green) chili's. It was so yummy it was gone in no time.

Instead of the red pepper, I made one plain with just the cream cheese, cheedar and the spices and the other one I made with chives instead of onions. These were a big hit at my family's Thanksgiving get-together. Nobody could believe how easy it was to make. They decided that next year I would be in charge of appetizers. I paired it up with a dip that I made and everyone loveed them with wheat thins.
