My husband absolutely loved this cheesecake recipe and so did I. I made it for a party and it barely made it to the table!

I had never before made a cheesecake and had heard horrible stories about people that had tried and not succeeded. I made the lemon cheesecake for a girl baby shower. I put strawberry whipped cream and fresh cut strawberries on top. It was delicious and everyone asked for the recipe!!

This was a very simple cheesecake to make and I've made some pretty complicated ones. The texture was incredibly creamy, the top was glossy and intact. I added raspberrys to the whipped cream and decorated around the bottom with whipped cream and raspberrys as well. All my guests RAVED about this one -- great recipe!!!

I have made a lot of baked cheesecakes. This one was especially creamy, which I liked. It went over very well. I did not put the cool whip on top, but garnished it with lemon slices. It was very pretty and refreshing. But, it still didn't get a 5 star because it cracked, even though I followed every tip I have ever heard about not getting cheesecakes to crack.

Took this to a quilt meeting carry-in and everyone who tried it asked for the recipe! It has smooth, light texture--was served 1 hr. after removing from frig.

I made mine with a raspberry sauce instead of the coolwhip. wonderful.

Incredibly rich and smooth. I prefer mine without the Cool Whip.
