I made this recipe for Easter as well, and it was excellent!! I usually don't like lemon recipes, but this was perfect. The lemon flavor was not overpowering and the cheesecake was very light. I will definitely make this recipe again!!

I bake cheesecakes as a hobby of love for my family for special occasions. This recipe goes to the front of the recipe box. That is, if I ever take it off the counter! Very easy, great value for time invested. This is definately a family favorite.

I made a this cheesecake lighter by using low-fat cream cheese and sour cream. It turned out wonderful and was gone in a flash.

I made this to serve after a fish fry friday night for 9 people. It was wonderful !!!! Seconds were taken and recipe requested. The men raved. Thanks for a great one.

I made this cake and took it to work. Everybody had to have the recipe. I had to use french vanilla cool whip because my store did not have the strawberry yet. But it still was great. A sure make again cake.
