I made this cheesecake for Easter. It sounded so good i had to make it. But i didn't even get to try it. i made it for the guys down at the P.D. and they absoulutley LOVED it. Next time I will make one so i can try it too!!!

I am a good baker and this was the worst cheesecake, paste-like..not creamy. To me it was not a cheesecake..can't figure out what it was.

My husband said this was the best cheesecake I've ever made! Used regular Cool Whip because strawberry wasn't available. Absolutely scrumptous and easy to make. Not overly lemony in taste. Great recipe!

BIG HIT AT EASTER! Everyone loved this. I used extra creamy cool whip instead of the strawberry and lots of white chocolate curls. This will be expected again next Easter.

I made this for Easter, and everyone loved it!! I will be making this again- Even if you are not a fan of Lemon, you WILL like this cheesecake, the lemon flavor is perfect, not overpowering at all. It was so easy to make and it had such a nice creamy texture!

This was the hit of EASTER. Everyone loved it. I told everyone how lowfat it was. I used Splenda instead of sugar and no fat Cream Cheese. Everything was perfect. I can't wait to make this again.

This cheesecake is really good - very creamy, but not overly rich. I used regular cool whip and instead of chocolate curls, I used white chocolate shavings.

EXCELLENT recipe! I had my doubts because of the inclusion of packaged pudding mixes, but the cheesecake did not taste artificial. I couldn't find the strawberry Cool Whip and had planned on making my own strawberry whipped cream, but my guests didn't want to wait for me to whip it up, so I used a jar of homemade lemon curd instead, which made the taste sensation more tart and lemony (the way I like lemon flavored desserts). Everyone declared it perfect and they all ate huge pieces. This one's a keeper.
