This recipe was soooo easy. I made the original recipe and spread raspberry jam over the top before serving and garnished with Cool Whip. We enjoyed this cheesecake for Easter and the whole family loved it!

I loved this!!! It was light and fluffy, almost too smooth that you wanted to eat more and more...I made a shortbread crust and added extra zest into the filling...WONDERFUL! I did also do a waterbath, but it still cracked!! But who cares what it looked liked, it tasted excellent!

I made this cheesecake for a family Sunday brunch when one of my aunts was here from Germany. She love it so much, she joked that I needed to make another one so she could honestly tell me whether or not it was good.

this cheesecake was a hit the first time I made it and everytime since then, I have sub. Pistachio,Banana Cream,and French vanilla pudding, I also have made it with splenda,fat free,and low fat,sour cream and cream cheese,and it turn out great each time.My co-wokers request me to make one every other week. my bosses love the Lemon,and Banana Cream flavor.

Very nice...the next time I will add a little lemon zest...I cooked my a little longer too..will make again!
