I made the cookies a little bit bigger than what the recipe called for. I think that they look better larger than smaller!

We actually used coconut on top instead of the white chocolate. It added a lot more flavor and was delicious! (We even put a little coconut into the balls!

I made these cookies tonight and they remind me of a similar recipe I have for thumbprints. I thought they were really easy to make (simple ingredients). I did change one thing and my husband and I think it makes them taste so much better. I dipped them in a powdered sugar & milk icing and then dipped them in the grated white chocolate. They looked like little snowballs! They were really pretty and tasted much better than the choc dip. The dough is not that sweet so the powdered sugar icing gives it a great taste! I will make these for Christmas and call them "snowballs" because that is exactly what they look like!!

This is an awesome recipe!!! I made it last year for family, and I just finished baking 142 for a cookie exchange that I'm going to tomorrow night. It will make 3 dozen if you make the 1 inch balls as stated. This will become a family tradition every christmas! Thanks for a great recipe!!

OOOHHH, SO good! at first it seemed tough and a bit hard but it turned out to be just moist, soft, and incredibaly satisfying - i substituted toasted coconut for the white chocolate...HEAVENLY!

Everyone loved this cookie nd have asked for it over and over. It could not be easier to make! The only thing is that I do not get the yield that it states. I usually get about 21 - 24 cookies per batch.

The cookie looked like a good idea and was used for a cookie exchange. The cookie dough wasn't working like planned and had to be refridgerated because it was very crumbly and wouldn't stick. After the cookie was made, it didn't look too appealing. Won't make again.

My husband loves these cookies and they are easy to make. However I can only get about 2 1/2 dozen out of each batch.

Easy and most importantly...Very yummy! The hit of the cookie exchange. Instead of shredded white chocolate I topped with a red & white jimmies with green christmas tree sprinkle mix...very festive!
