This is Pasta Primavera- - NOT Tettrazini. In order to qualify as Tettrazini it should have diced celery, sliced mushrooms & diced onions. The sauce for Tettrazini is a cream sauce not a cheese sauce. These quickie 'box' entrees are ok if you call them what they really are. This one was a big dissapointment.

This is much like a recipe I use with tuna. I use noodles, one can of tuna/chicken or turkey, one can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 chopped celery, 1/4 cup chopped onions and 1/4 thawed frozen peas, salt, pepper and parsley flakes (sprinked to taste.) Mix together and spread in a buttered glass baking dish. Put six pats of butter over the top to make crispy and bake at 375 for 1/2 an hour. A kids favorite!

Did not care for this version - I prefer the one using spaghetti, white sauce, white wine, green pepper and swiss cheese.......

changed it a little. saute a clove of chopped garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil and added fresh mushrooms.
