2 bags of green beans was too much, so I made it with 1 bag...make sure you cut the cheese in half. I kept all the other ingredients the same. My son and I loved it anyway!

This is the best greenbean casserole my family and I have ever had. I made it for Thanksgiving now we have to have it for Christmas too,its awesome

I made both this recipe and the original for Thanksgiving and I received sooo many compliments on it. It was delicious. I was glad that I went out on a limb and tried something different.

I also made this for Thanksgiving and our family loved the cheese addition to this old time recipe. I also added water chestnuts for a little "crunch" in the mix.

cornbreadstuffinf mix is the oly southern acceptable even if you have to add your own chichen seasoning and sliced or chopped mushroome and mushroomsoup add special and jalapeno cheese wiz is good
